DC Space "Lunchtime" Giclée Art Print - 11"x14"

After 3 years, a brand new DC Space print is now available for purchase! Such an iconic spot in music history deserves nothing less, right?

Some folks may or may not remember that DC Space was also a restaurant as well, a place for the working folks of downtown Washington to grab a spot of lunch before heading back to their bureaucratic desk jobs. This print pays tribute to the daytime visage of a place most of us know as mainly a place for cutting-edge punk, indie and jazz performances.

With widespread closures due to COVID, we're already losing our independent music clubs we can't stand to lose any more! Most of my print subjects, like this one, are bygone venues from my own nostalgic past, but the Black Cat is STILL HERE in Washington DC and we can't afford to lose it.

SO... 20% of the sales price (that's 8 bucks each for you folks keeping track at home!) will be donated to the Black Cat donation fund on a weekly basis. If you don't need this print but still want to help, please copy and paste this link in your browser and you can donate directly: https://blackcatdc.com/bg_blackcatdc.com/product/donation/

Print size is 11" x 14", which looks awesome unmatted in a frame or in a standard 16" x 20" mat. This is printed via Giclée, a high end archival printing process that layers inks in a similar fashion to screening. The colors POP and the image is very sharp!

Paper stock is Moab Entrada Rag Natural - a warm white, 100% cotton, slightly textured, smooth fine art surface. Paper size: 11" x 14", which fits standard frames found at your local craft store, frame shop or IKEA! (frame NOT included)
