Yeah, I was a mall rat in the 80's... and I worked at the best store in the entire Annapolis Mall... WAVEDANCER! It was Ground Zero for the skate scene that was bubbling back to the surface after the fallow years of the very early 80s. I built boards, hung t-shirts, sold stickers by the bushel and watched The Bones Brigade Video Show over and ever again until it was permanently tattooed on my brain. And I loved it all...

There were other Wavedancer outposts in Towson and Whitemarsh, but Annapolis was the OG. Hardcores and posers alike flocked through the door and much day-glo clothing was purchased by both camps. Simpler times... I sure do miss them. If you were an 80s mall kid, you probably miss them too... so why not pop this beauty on your wall and reminisce?
